The color was a bit of a mismatch for my judgement and the chapter 2 logo on the front isn't finished properly.There's a thread attached to it.
My t-shirt is sum white spots
When I call customer care 1st time say I am cleaner her chapter2 staf come 10:30 am
Next time when I call after 10:30 no response
I call so many time but no response
After that I send the mail chapter2 customer care mail ID which is mentioned in chapter2 site but no any response
Clothes quality is good but customer service is not good
My spoted t-shirt not exchange
I am spending 2000 but it's not worth
I want full refund for my ordered CHAPTER 2 T Shirt colour fade / stain on front and back side (photos attached) of T Shirt.
And XL size too big for me.
