1) What is my right size?
While placing your order you will find an option for the SIZE CHART on the product page which includes detailed information on sizes and fit. You may click on the same and find your perfect size.
2) Is length/ size customization available?
We do not have any customization services available at the moment.
3) Can I try the product before buying?
Unfortunately, we do not have a store as of now where clients can try the items, all of our products are available on our website.
4) What are the Care Instructions on the T-shirt?
Machine wash works for all our products. Air dry. Avoid Dry-cleaning. Use Cold water.
DELIVERY
1) Is International Shipping available?
Yes. Kindly share your full address with the pin code with us, we will get back with the international shipping charges.
2) Do you have a store pick up option?
Kindly reach out on WhatsApp mentioning that you would like to have something purchased and you reside in Mumbai itself. Once billing is confirmed, the product can either be picked up in person from our head-office or can be delivered at the cost of the customer by booking a local courier service.
3) When Can I expect my delivery?
We ship all orders within 24 hours of receiving them, until specified with a date of shipping (in case of pre-orders). Please check your spam folder in case our email was redirected there. Kindly allow us 5-7 working days for your order to be delivered. International orders take 10 working days to get delivered.
4) How can I track my order?
You will receive an email from us with your tracking information and estimated delivery date which is provided by our shipping aggregation service. For international orders, we use a local courier service provider and will contact you personally on the tracking number for the same. Additionally, an order confirmation message is shared with you on your registered WhatsApp number.
5) Where is my order shipped from?
All online orders are shipped from our shipment fulfilment in Mumbai, India.
6) Why is my order not delivered on the mentioned date?
Due to logistic issues out of our control, there may occasionally be a delay in shipping your order. Do not worry as we are only looking to fulfil all orders that are confirmed.

1) Is COD available?
Sorry, we do not have any COD options as of now.
2) How do I get an order confirmation?
We ship all orders within 24 hours of receiving them, and you should have received an email from us with your tracking information and estimated delivery date. Please check your spam folder in case our email was redirected there.
3) I cannot place an order online.
No problem; reach out to our WhatsApp chat and you can place an order over the phone instantly by mentioning the required product and by filling in all the right shipping details.
4) Can I change my delivery address?
Amendments in delivery address can be modified provided the order is in the “unfulfilled” status. Once the AWB is printed for an order, the changes cannot be modified. To do so, simply drop an email to customercare@chapter2drip.com immediately with your order number and the changes to be made and the team will happily assist you.
5) How can I cancel or make changes to my order?

6) How can I pay for my order?
Online Purchases can be done through the following methods: CARD / RAZORPAY / UPI. (GOOGLE PAY/ PAYTM)
7) The product I want is out of stock, when will it be available?
At our brand, we strive to provide our customers with exclusive and unique designs that stand out from the rest. as such, we do not restock designs or sizes once they are sold out. this ensures that our customers can enjoy the exclusivity of our brand and look forward to our next drop. 8) Is there any size exchange available?
We have an exchange policy of 7 days from the date of receiving the product for online orders and date of billing for store purchases. You can go to the exchange portal on our website or reach out to us on mail within 7 days of receiving the item. Catering to the hygiene standards for our products; all the exchanges received will go through a quality check by our team and would be further approved/declined for exchange. We reserve the right to not accept a return if;
- The product/s are returned after use.
- The products are damaged.
- The products do not have all the tags.
9) How do I get my refund for prepaid orders?
The mode of refund depends on the mode of payment for the order. The amount would be credited to your account within 2-3 working days. If not, please get in touch with your respective bank. Please note if any promotional/coupon code is redeemed during a purchase, the full amount will be refunded as store credit. In case of a non-promotional purchase, the full amount will be credited to the bank account.
10) What is your return/ refund policy?
We offer free 7 day no-questions-asked returns/exchanges. Refunds are swiftly processed within 24 hours upon pickup of the return order. For prepaid returns, the refund is directed back to the original payment source, with the credited amount typically appearing within 5-7 working days from pickup.
11) I received a faulty / damaged product, what to do?
Kindly drop in an email to customercare@chapter2drip.com with the order number as well as pictures of proof on the defects. Once confirmed, our team will shoot an email back to you mentioning that your product will be recalled to the warehouse and will ship a fresh piece back to you.
