1) What is my right size?

While placing your order you will find an option for the SIZE CHART on the product page which includes detailed information on sizes and fit. You may click on the same and find your perfect size.


2) Is length/ size customization available?
We do not have any customization services available at the moment.



3) Can I try the product before buying?
Unfortunately, we do not have a store as of now where clients can try the items, all of our products are available on our website.



4) What are the Care Instructions on the T-shirt?
Machine wash works for all our products. Air dry. Avoid Dry-cleaning. Use Cold water.


DELIVERY


1) Is International Shipping available?
Yes. Kindly share your full address with the pin code with us, we will get back with the international shipping charges.


2) Do you have a store pick up option?
Kindly reach out on WhatsApp mentioning that you would like to have something purchased and you reside in Mumbai itself. Once billing is confirmed, the product can either be picked up in person from our head-office or can be delivered at the cost of the customer by booking a local courier service.


3) When Can I expect my delivery?
We ship all orders within 2-3working days of receiving them, until specified with a date of shipping (in case of pre-orders). Please check your spam folder in case our email was redirected there. Kindly allow us 5-7 working days for your order to be delivered. International orders take 10 working days to get delivered.


4) How can I track my order?
You will receive an email from us with your tracking information and estimated delivery date which is provided by our shipping aggregation service. For international orders, we use a local courier service provider and will contact you personally on the tracking number for the same. Additionally, an order confirmation message is shared with you on your registered WhatsApp number.


5) Where is my order shipped from?
All online orders are shipped from our shipment fulfilment in Mumbai, India.


6) Why is my order not delivered on the mentioned date?
Due to logistic issues out of our control, there may occasionally be a delay in shipping your order. Do not worry as we are only looking to fulfil all orders that are confirmed.

ORDER RELATED
1) Is COD available?
Yes, we do offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for domestic orders. Please ensure the delivery address and contact details are correct while placing your order.

2) How do I get an order confirmation?
You will receive an order confirmation email after successfully placing your order. Once your order is shipped (within 2–4 working days), you will also receive an email with tracking information and the estimated delivery date.
If you don't see the email, please check your spam or promotions folder.

3) I cannot place an order online.Ā 
No problem; reach out to our WhatsApp chat and you can place an order over the phone instantly by mentioning the required product and by filling in all the right shipping details.


4) Can I change my delivery address?
Amendments in delivery address can be modified provided the order is in the ā€œunfulfilledā€ status. Once the AWB is printed for an order, the changes cannot be modified. To do so, simply drop an text on WhatsApp immediately with your order number and the changes to be made and the team will happily assist you.


5) How can I cancel or make changes to my order?

6) How can I pay for my order?Ā 
Online Purchases can be done through the following methods: CARD / RAZORPAY / UPI. (GOOGLE PAY/ PAYTM)

7) The product I want is out of stock, when will it be available?Ā 
At our brand, we strive to provide our customers with exclusive and unique designs that stand out from the rest. as such, we do not restock designs or sizes once they are sold out. this ensures that our customers can enjoy the exclusivity of our brand and look forward to our next drop. Reach out to our WhatsApp to stay in touch regarding new arrivals.

8) Is there any size exchange available?
Yes, we offer exchanges within 7 days from the date of delivery. To request an exchange, visit our exchange portal on the website or email us within 7 days of receiving the item. All products returned for exchange must:

  • Be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Have all tags and packaging intact

  • Be sent as a complete set (if sold as a set)

Once received, the product will undergo a quality check, and if approved, your exchange will be processed. If the requested size is unavailable, we will offer a replacement product or a store credit.

Note: Reverse pickup is subject to availability in your pincode. We do not charge for the first round of exchange shipping.

9) How do I get my refund for prepaid orders?
We do not offer monetary refunds. All approved returns are processed as store credit only.
Store credit is issued after your returned item clears quality check and is valid for 30 days.

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable. Store credits are redeemable only on our website and cannot be encashed.

10) What is your return/refund policy?
We offer returns within 7 days of delivery. Returns must be unused and in original condition. Once the item passes the quality check, we issue a store credit to your registered email.

  • No monetary refunds

  • Store credit only, valid for 30 days

  • Reverse pickup available (subject to area serviceability)

11) I received a faulty / damaged product, what to do?
Please contact us on WhatsApp at +91 8451050728 with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item.
If our team verifies the issue, we will initiate a free reverse pickup and dispatch a replacement at no extra cost. If the product is out of stock, we’ll offer an alternative or issue store credit.
