RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Applicability of policy

 

By agreeing to use the chapter 2 drip exchanges portal and/or initiating a request for purchase of product(s) on the portal, you agree to be bound by the terms contained in this policy without modification. If you do not agree to the terms contained in this policy, you are advised not to transact on chapter2drip.com.

 

Policy

 

  • ​​We offer exchanges & returns within 7 days from the date of delivery. Once your exchange/return query has been accepted by our team, you can have it sent to us or we can have it picked from your given address.
  • Reverse pick-up is subject to the availability of the service in your area pincode.
  • We do not charge any additional shipping charges for return and exchange. 
  • Please note that once your order has been received at the warehouse, it will go through a quality check and once approved, your exchange/return query will be processed further.
  • Estimated delivery of all exchange queries fall between 7-10 working days.
  • If an exchange in size cannot be fulfilled due to availability of stock, we will make sure to have this exchanged for another product or you will be issued a store credit.
  • For all return orders, credit note will be issued once quality check on the product has been approved. This will be shared on your registered email address.
  • Please return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped. If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, we won’t proceed forward with the query.
  • If issues still persist, kindly drop us an email with your name and order id on customercare@chater2drip.com. We are available Monday-Saturday between 10:00 am - 6:00 pm. All pending queries will be solved on priority within 24-48 hours. 
  • No cancellations are allowed once the order is placed.
  • Store credits are non-refundable; and are only redeemable at our online store. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Kindly allow 7 days for the return to be processed and the amount to be shown in your bank account. 
  • Please note: no refund is applicable. Refunds will be issued in the form of credit note. Validity to use this credit note is 30 days.

 

 

You can exchange/return the product(s), purchased from us provided the product(s) satisfy below mandatory conditions:

 

  • The product has not been worn, cleaned or tampered with by you.
  • The brand tags, original packaging material, accompanying accessories are intact and not altered, damaged or discarded by you.
  • The product is not altered, unless proven vendor defect.
  • Return is being initiated against the order under which it was bought and the product matches our records.
  • There is no foul odour, perfume, stains, dents, scratches, tears or damage on the product.
  • The product(s) if bought as a set should be exchanged as the complete set.
  • Products returned should be in unused, undamaged, unwashed and in a saleable condition.
  • We are satisfied that the product has not been rendered defective or unusable.
  • Return of purchased products are facilitated through our reverse-logistics partners. 

We reserve the right to reject the exchange/return request for a product if it does not satisfy the aforementioned conditions.
