We offer exchanges & returns within 7 days from the date of delivery. Once your exchange/return query has been accepted by our team, you can have it sent to us or we can have it picked from your given address.
Reverse pick-up is subject to the availability of the service in your area pincode.
We do not charge any additional shipping charges for the first round of the returns.
Please note that once your order has been received at the warehouse, it will go through a quality check and once approved, your exchange/return query will be processed further.
Estimated delivery of all exchange queries fall between 7-10 working days.
If an exchange in size cannot be fulfilled due to availability of stock, we will make sure to have this exchanged for another product or you will be issued a store credit.
For all return orders, credit note will be issued once quality check on the product has been approved. This will be shared on your registered email address.
Please return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped. If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, we won’t proceed forward with the query.
No cancellations are allowed once the order is placed.

The fabric of this polo is exceptionally soft and feels very good against the skin, truly living up to the 'washed finish' description. It's lightweight and quite breathable, which is ideal for the humid weather we often experience. The fit is relaxed and comfortable, making it a great choice for long work days or casual outings. My only minor observation is that the charcoal color, while nice, isn't as intensely dark as I had perhaps envisioned from the photos. Overall, a solid everyday polo.
