We offer exchanges & returns within 7 days from the date of delivery. Once your exchange/return query has been accepted by our team, you can have it sent to us or we can have it picked from your given address.
Reverse pick-up is subject to the availability of the service in your area pincode.
We do not charge any additional shipping charges for the first round of the returns.
Please note that once your order has been received at the warehouse, it will go through a quality check and once approved, your exchange/return query will be processed further.
Estimated delivery of all exchange queries fall between 7-10 working days.
If an exchange in size cannot be fulfilled due to availability of stock, we will make sure to have this exchanged for another product or you will be issued a store credit.
For all return orders, credit note will be issued once quality check on the product has been approved. This will be shared on your registered email address.
Please return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped. If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, we won’t proceed forward with the query.
No cancellations are allowed once the order is placed.
Store credits are non-refundable; and are only redeemable at our online store. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Nice feel, good for work

This polo has a very pleasant feel to it, quite soft as advertised. It's breathable and lightweight, making it suitable for wearing even on warmer days without feeling sticky. The fit is comfortable and not too tight, which is perfect for my work-from-home setup or casual office days. I noticed a slight looseness in the stitching on one of the buttons after a couple of washes, but it was easy to secure. Happy with the purchase mostly.

Decent shirt, fit could be better

The material of this polo is quite good, very soft and light, which is excellent for everyday wear. The washed blue colour is nice and doesn't fade quickly after washing, which is a big plus. It's definitely breathable and keeps me cool. However, while it's advertised as a relaxed fit, it feels a tad too boxy around the waist for my preference, even though the shoulders fit well. It's still comfortable enough, but not my ideal fit.
